Inter University Gaming Tournament

The launch activity of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon 2 for Ubisoft required product trial amongst gaming enthusiasts to demonstrate the multi-player game play capabilities via XBOX Live.

SUBtv installed an XBOX Live and IP camera network into 14 Student Union bars and found local champions during a week of locally promoted competition. The mother of all battles, the Inter-University Tournament, followed during which all 14 Universities fought until the last man was standing. Carnage ensued.

Results

The GR2 was played by over 600 people and the final was experienced by many more live in-bar.
