UNION PANEL MEETINGS
We will be running 3 regional Union Panel meetings this term- in the North, South-West and London. These will give an opportunity for you discuss what you think works well with Sub.tv, what you’d like to get from the system and any problems you’ve experienced. We will also get your feedback on new developments that we are planning.

JVTV, the group which owns both Sub.tv and Dot Mobile, has now changed its name to Campus Communications Group.

Sub.tv MAINTENANCE
All queries and problems about Sub.tv should now be directed to the Sub.tv Helpdesk Tel: 0870 609 1758. Please call the Helpdesk prior to re-setting your system if an error occurs. Our highly trained support technicians will run through a series of simple checks as well as logging your call and forwarding it to the correct department to solve.
Summer Hours of Operation: - Monday to Friday 10.00hrs - 17.00hrs
Please ensure that your Sub.tv server is now switched on so we can provide necessary updates to the system for Freshers.
