The team at SUBtv consists of a group of experienced and enthusiastic individuals. Each member brings with him or her a unique set of skills, and their unifying quality is that they all share a collective belief and passion for the medium and the media marketplace.
Peter has been involved with several successful companies. He started out as a freelance touring electrician, travelling the world with acts such as Tina Turner, Fleetwood Mac, Elton John and Stevie Wonder. Then, in 1989 he founded The Spot Company, a lighting plant rental company now specialising in the exhibition and corporate market areas, which by 1998 had a turnover of £2.8 million. The company was sold to an American entertainment group in 1999. Peter founded SUBtv in 2000, spending the first two years signing up individual student unions to install a plasma screen network within student union bars throughout the UK. He has shareholdings and directorships with a number of IT, electrical and design companies mainly specialising in innovative product development. He has a tireless energy and total commitment to business excellence.

Jon has extensive experience in the youth communications field and an in-depth knowledge of the student audience, having conceived and launched one of the first digital in-bar entertainment channels in Europe aimed specifically at the 18 -24 year old student market - Student TV. Jon has directed music promos and has considerable production and directing experience for TV and digital channels.
Jon's role at SUBtv covers conception, production and implementation of programming. He works closely with clients to ensure campaign optimisation, as well as identifying new communications opportunities and trends in the youth community.

Craig joined SUBtv from his previous position as head of agency and sales at Boomerang Media. Along with his animated enthusiasm for the medium he brings with him a wealth of experience and boasts an impressive career background, including the position of sales director at Pearl & Dean.
